K.

So have you written anything?

I am writing something. It is a book, but it's a bit long and awkward to explain right now.

It includes many different wonderful things.

Some things that have not even been written before.

It's fact based. But it is also an adventure. LOL. And a poem or three.

Anyway, whatever it's about, I'll let you know closer to the time.

For now though.

What are you writing? There are so many things to write about, and the greatest thing about ourselves is that there will always be new and unique people to invent new and unique subjects.

You don't need to post your actual works here. You might value them deeply.

This topic is more of just a general dialog about what you have written, or are writing, if anything.

Also, if you have anything to say on the subject of writing itself, that would be interesting too.

I spent the better part of today writing and re-writing this:

SWOT Analysis

Our customers are those people who seek to have a great meal made with top quality products for a reasonable price. With Panago they get all that plus the knowledge that all the recipes are created by a Chef and re-created in each store by our well trained Pizza-Chefs. Our expectation is that our superior product will raise the expectations of our customers and our care in our product, service and overall cleanliness of our store will produce new and repeat business. Afterall, once the customer has left our store the product they have will continue to speak for our success or failure.

Who is our customer? What influences our customers? Our customers are those who want a quality product, made with quality products, served with a smile and all for a good price. Our customers will be those who choose to come into our store to purchase our product. They will be those who will call us to purchase our product. They will be our staff, their family and friends. In these instances we must be knowledgeable about our product, friendly and helpful. We need to be certain that they have everything they need to enjoy their meal. It doesn’t matter if they have a great product made with the finest ingredients if we fail during the initial contact.

If we consistently send out a superior product our customers will return and they will mention us to their friends, family and co-workers. We hear it all the time!

However, if we fail at one point we can damage our reputation. By taking the time and making the effort we can always prove we take our business and customer service seriously. Customers are looking for sincerity and honesty from those they entrust with the making of their food. More so when they have a concern or complaint.

We have very different clientele. They range from the younger kids to the older and elderly. All of them come in to pick-up their orders and they also have us bring it to them. Some like to come in to visit with us and others like watch the procedures we use. Some of them know the procedures well enough to work for us! They all say we have a friendly staff and atmosphere and that is why they come in so often. We take the time to visit with our customers. They like to feel special and be treated as the only person who matters.

Our focus is firmly on the Customer. Without them we’d have no business and no jobs. We strive to create every order to Panago standards and to exceed the expectations of the Customer at any chance. We have 2 major pizza chains in close proximity to us. Our customers have ordered from them in the past. They all say the product they get from us is the best and they’ve come to expect nothing less from us. We make certain that their orders are always hot, correct and complete when they come in or when we bring it to them. We pride ourselves on making sure of this fact. If we should happen to make a mistake it is fixed to the customers satisfaction every time. We have had large orders and those people have called back very impressed that all the pizzas were still hot when they got them unlike previous experiences at other places. We provide them with plates, napkins and cutlery for no charge if they should need them. Our reputation is second to none and we are very proud of that.

We have such a large menu with so many choices our customers are always looking to us help them decide what they may want. We are always happy to give them ideas or tell them what is really good. We have people who have the same thing every time and every so often they change it up. We’ve called customers who deviate from the usual to make certain we didn’t make a mistake. They always appreciate the call. Right now we are focused on making sure that the staff know how to take care of our customers and their needs.

With the other major chains so close to us and the lower prices and deals they have we sometimes struggle to remain busy. However, with those lower prices comes lower quality of food and customer service. New customers are always coming to us “To try you out”. Rarely do they go back to the competition. With our great product and service I’m confident that we’ll be seeing more new customers in the future. There are also a number of new restaurants opening in the near future. While we do expect our business to drop it will bounce back. With the advent of the new school year we will be doing our annual school packages; welcome letter, pricing, add-ons, coupons, etc. This will definitely help ease the loss of business due to the new restaurants.

We have a fantastic product. We have a good knowledge base. We have customers who love us for the service and product we provide. We just need to keep meeting the expectations of our customers so they will continue to bring in their friends and family. We need to continue training our staff so that our standards are consistent. As long as we do this we’ll always have a good business and great community relations!

Whew, sounds pretty good! I'll have to have a slice or eight if I'm ever in the area! I used to have kind of a bad attitude about customers, but these days it's like, if they'd rather pay my rent than save at Wal*Mart, that's cause enough to appreciate 'em.

As far as what I've written, I got about 600 reviews written over at Epinions.com, music reviews, movie reviews and otherwise. Just wrote this last week. I've made almost $3000 there, but you gotta be pretty prolific to make anything at all.

ok so they are both pretty good. I don't have anything right now to put up here but I used to write a lot of poetry. I like to write and now in my spare time I spend it on the computer instead of writing.

Actually, now that I mention it, you've probably noticed my sig for Ganeshan Chess.

Well Here is a list of all other chess variants I have written.

I doubt I'll write anymore as Ganeshan was a lifetime work, but they are an example of just how extensive the world chess variant database actually is.
