You need to beat the challenge time in order to unlock the extras 
BTW your poll is random.... and where is the I don't like eggs part

Here are some cheat codes for Adrenaline Challenge, I haven't tried them, but they should work...
Cheat - CODE

On the first code, the 4 letter word is getting censored, so don't type in ****, type in the word S H I T with no spaces...  |
