as a fan of the 70's series and the movie franchise with the exception of ST3 and 4. I have to say this ST movie looks like its going to be the film of the year.
Thanks for posting that version of the trailer, the T.V. version was totally different and some what a "should I see it or should I wait for it on dvd. Will be going to see it for sure now.

WOAH! I didn't know there were any fans of the ANIMATED series here! 
Woah! I didn't realize there were any Trekkies out there who actually liked ST5:The Final Frontier!

I just visited the official Star Trek website and I clicked on the trailer link here:

The problem is that I only see ONE trailer on that page! Where are the others?

I'm very excited for this movie! I'm a big fan of the Star Trek series. The only franchise I never really got into was Enterprise with Scott Bakula, but I may start watching the reruns.

i only recently watched a few episodes of Enterprise-i used to watch quantum leap which also starred scott bakula, it was enjoyable
not sure, but i'd have to say my fave ST "groups" were DS9 and Voyager |

Thanks! I found the six you were referring to in this message but there are three television versions. TV Spot 1 was similar to the first three trailers but the other two were quite different! Which television "spot" did you watch? |

I was going to see this in the Cinema when it first came out but my local theater shut down for the period it was being screened.
I've just ordered the DVD and can't wait. I'm glad the DVD's come out quickly these days, you used to have to wait a year or so before you could watch it at home.
Times sure are moving on.

2 years later... has anyone seen the 360 degree panoramics on the star trek movie website? They are great! You feel like you're right there. It's probably as close as you'll ever come to being there, so check it out!
