I've only seen First Blood, so can't really say I need to see a fifth. I've got the others to get through yet.

Do you mean Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2? That is to be the eighth movie in the franchise and it is due to be released on July 15, 2011.

I don't know if Stallone wants Rambo 5 to be relevant if you look at this update:

http://www.shocktillyoudrop.com/news/topnews.php?id=11721

Don't you think this is strange promotion art for the next Rambo movie?

The problem with that is it's just promotional artwork so we're not sure how real that photograph REALLY is! Confused

Will that help?
From what I read, he uses HGH to reverse aging witch is logical. It can help in healing muscle and bone damage which makes sense on how he able to move around like he does.
I say the one above is real. HGH + strict diet and a good work out.

Taken from bodybuilding.com in its entire form.

3 sets of 12 reps to be performed on every exercise

-> Monday/Wednesday/Friday:

Morning
o Chest
o Back
o Abs
o Cardio

Afternoon
o Shoulders
o Arms
o Abs
o Cardio

-> Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday:

Morning
o Calves
o Thighs
o Cardio

Afternoon
o Rear Delts
o Traps
o Abs
o Cardio

Using anywhere from 8-12 reps and 3-4 sets, resting minimally between sets and exercises in order to keep his heart rate up would be the best program to rip up on short notice for a movie such as this with maximal weight for the rep-range.

Remember, Sly is a machine; there's no such thing as a "light day" with him. With someone of his age, it's a difficult task to try to burn fat AND build muscle simultaneously, which is why he would have to work at maximum effort all the time.

Cardio would be done 5 days a week on an empty stomach for 30 minutes in the morning, with a heart rate approximately 65-85% of his max, and again in the evening for the same amount of time with the same heart rate.

----------------------
Even if hes using HGH or not that one mean routine for some one his age.

Wow! I never knew his fitness regimen was THAT extensive! Shocked I'm not sure what HGH is though.

Thanks for the link!

I thought it was always a good idea to work out on an empty stomach rather than a full one!

So you're going to use human growth hormone too? Surprised
