Does anyone know the answer to that question 
In a recent tournment I was playing in it was "completing" at 9:02 cst, but yet a score was submitted over six minutes later at 9:09 cst. Many players have learned that timing is so important in these tournments so it is only fair for all of us to know the rules

| I know this was asked at one point I just can't find the thread....anyway, I think that when the it says the tournament ends at 9pm it DOES END at that time. However, if people are playing the tournament and it ends while they are still engaging the game then their score(s) should count. I am most certain that AB will clarify this though. |

On each quarter hour the system will go through the open tournaments and complete any that are over. So, this means the completing state can last from 1 second to 15 minutes at most.
I should also note that tournaments don't end exactly on the hour. They end exactly X days from the minute they were added.

| The score must be submitted before the tourney is completed, or it will be too late. The completing period provides a small grace-period, as scores can still be entered until it is judged and closed. |
