mel2win, sorry 'bout this problem.
Can you post the link that you are clicking when the problem occurs?
Are you able to play any games on the site?
This is a bit confusing, since playing a game in the tournament is exactly like playing a regular game, the only difference comes in after the game is over and the score details need to be submitted. |

I can play other games in regular mode but if I enter a tournament it wont let me play that game in regular mode or in tournament mode,
When I click the tournament the link is the games address.
What flash player and internet explorer should I be running |

Hi Mel. For Flash, go here: http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/welcome/
Hover your mouse on the Flash Player "About" - and it should show the latest version, which is currently 10.0.32.18.
(If not, I think that page leads you to get an update).
As for I.E., I think v8 should be fine, or probably 7 too - and MAYBE even IE6.
Gee, I sure hope this might solve your tournament problem, cos it's a real doozie! |

This one is pretty weird.
mel2win, as an experiment could you try using a different browser like FireFox to see if that makes any difference?
It sounds like some kind of network issue on your end, but who knows... |
