Thanks for doing this Eagle_Kiwi, it's always interesting to read what's been happening with the scores - although not so fun to see myself in the red section all the time haha! =p

Quick answer (just 7 hours later):- No!
Seems like Immortalist is planning a "no contest" for 2nd place this month (AND Neeraffa NOT getting more than TWICE the 2nd-placegetter's score, especially since he's now obviously eased back on the throttle  ).
With exactly 24 hours to go now (oops, 10 minutes ago) here's the movements for the last 24 hrs:

Hmmmm, Aussie, you've taken some late hits - guess that's a result of (A) getting lots of (lowish!) top scores early in month, and (B) not working to improve or maintain near the end, when many others are seriously on the prowl. (?)
Personally I'm enjoying the novelty of a mini-battle for the lower spots with SoulTaker, in his first full month. Gosh ST, this is my 6th month, you're obviously heading for the stratosphere!?
(Possibly Ryu might plan to beat BOTH of us at the last minute !?) |

I doubt it, I still got way too many games to even try at this point, much less figure out if it's a game I can be good at or one at which I stink. Even though I'm planning some final day moves just like everyone else, I don't expect to be getting too high on the BOTM chart any time soon. |

Is it me or has there been a lot of really good play this month in both the BOTM competition and also the Tournments  Well done everyone and the true grind of the BOTM is today....as always good commentary from Eagle and yes there is quite a fight for 2nd place. Immortalist is on quite a roll though, think he might have it. Like many other great players, I too am just lying in wait in regards to a few games ready to pounce at the last hour or so. This month will definitely be the most competitive right down to the wire  |

Well, I'm done.
Almost 3 hours to go, but for once I'm a bit jaded, so just gonna sit outside and the sun for a while and enjoy the fresh air.
(And if Ryu or SoulTaker sneak up on me - so be it!) (But I reckon my $5 MUST be safe now )

Congrats to all - especially SoulTaker I reckon - downright astonishing to be 3rd on the prize list in your first month matey!
(And great late run of 4 new trophies in the last 3 hours of BOTM - you sure had that sussed well!)
Oddly, I got a message at 23:58:17 (CST) advising of a lost high score.
I must say I'd wondered why Ryu let my (somewhat mediocre) high score stand in Planarity, but of course he had that under control too - but gee, tight timing!!
Oh well ...... another month, another dollar, as they say . . . . . . |

Anyone else think it's strange that someone is congratulating the winners of SEPTEMBER's BOTM contest in DECEMBER?
