I keep a list of handy sites ( http://delicious.com/Eagle_Kiwi/versions ) for checking my version of Flash and other stuff to help troubleshoot online games.
I'm just wondering if if would be worth having such things available directly on one page somewhere on AB - along the lines of ArcadeTown, GameScene, King on the above list.
This could be direct self-help, or at a very basic level it might make a little text file(?) showing one's OS, browser, Flash version, javascript status, etc, which could then be pasted? direct into a forum post when seeking help here.
Just a thought, though I reckon I haven't really seen a high demand for such info in various posts here. |
