LOL... I was actually thinking of starting it yesterday, but no. It carries more impact if launched as things get a little hotter, I reckon.
Besides, the fluctuations early on would be a pain to try and track.
Also, for this month I've made a resolution: DON'T be tempted to rush in early and grab a few scores where I'm fairly sure I can beat all-comers. If I'm that confident, why give everyone else the whole month to see what they have to beat - best to put that good score in much nearer the end.
(And Pimpin's surprise flurry adds to that inspiration - even though I'm only aiming for 35 wins total - not 1st or 2nd place.) |

I wouldnt advise anyone to wait till the last minute like I did to shoot to the top....very hard to do unless your confident and a veteran to many of these games....but if you hate defending scores and think you can do it then good luck  |

Yep, congratulations to everyone! I agree with most folks here; it is a bit premature to think the competition has really "seriously" begun in the very first week of the month though. |
