Generally the Administration will fix or attend to any problem with the technical operation of the site promptly and within a matter of days.
However, this site is not the only site the administration maintains and so occasionally immediate support is not always possible due to other administrative obligations.
Should a period arrive whereby the administration has been unable to respond to support issues within a few days, we ask members to remain patient and trust that the issue will be addressed eventually.
In most cases where there is a delay, the administration will still make it high priority to attend to the issue before the end of the competition month.
The Moderators and Senior staff can attend to some technical matters themselves, including forum moderation, forum admin, comment editing, game editing, user bans, user admin, tournament requests or editing, news or information updates and much more. So meanwhile most issues can still be resolved by the other staff.
If you find a technical problem, by all means, post a message in the support forums and it will be addressed as soon as possible.
If you think that someone is cheating, then private message a Moderator or Senior staff member, such as neeraffa or Knight². All staff members can be recognized by their orange username (in who is online listings) or rank title.
ArcadeBoss believes strongly that member satisfaction is top priority, and so although support may be delayed, it will never be ignored.
