Why is it that regular users no longer have a picture appearing next to posts? Mods have it, why don't we? Did I miss some bizarre announcement about it?

But we can still use them in game highscores? That doesn't make sense to me. We have to purchase the right to use avatars only in forums? This is just strange to me...

It just shows them in the highscores. If you want to have it seen in the forum then you have to use your credits to purchase that right.
