No, it doesn't mean the world will end in 4 days - it means that the relative rate of growth will exceed the threshold of being self-sustaining in 4 days.
If we now continue to grow at normal rate we won't last very long, probably less than a century [citation needed!].
It means we now need to think about either restricting birth rate globally or finding other planets that support life.
I'm not a scientist and so don't understand the full details, but this is basically the supposed scenario.

Well I was saying that it seems as though the world is going downhill sooner than I thought. I didn't know about this happening last month. I didn't know something like that would happen this soon.

its the end as we know it.
funny today is the 2nd of sept and theirs only 4 or so comments on that page I wouldnt take it seriously.
we have means of support for instance nanotechnology/genetic engineering is playing a part of scientist today world wide.
so 10 years from now nanotec will be able to produce fuel from cellulous to to ethanol and food crops to forests.
im not loosing sleep on this.
