where am i? am i dead? o my god i'm dead? No i wont go into the light back off you angles it's not my time. take my math teacher instead. whenever your board she can talk long enough and make you listen until the earth is so old that there is no more time so it starts going backwards. Think so? I've found that I have problems with IE on a lot of sites. However, there are some sites that FF can't stream media on.

Well my host doesn't like FireFox, hence you can only login to your webmail if you use IE.
I discovered that YouTube videos were really sticky and not smooth, so I asked my host about this and they said it was fine when they looked.
As they use IE, I decided that it had to be my browser.
Now as a webmaster I always check everything in all browsers, but I was unaware of any significant YouTube streaming glitches until now. It wasn't something I really expected. That kind of thing is usually always down to server-side production.
However, if I view YouTube videos in IE they stream smoothly with practically no interruptions.
So it's all over the debating table 'cos both browsers have ups and downs. From a developer's point of view it is sometimes quite irritating having to accomodate each individual browser's preferences and so I do prefer FireFox 'cos it supports more code, such as transparent iframes. |
