The correct procedure is to PM ArcadeBoss.
The fact that it might take him a while to look at it doesn't change anything. It will be looked into once it has been mentioned.
Anyway, most of the claims of cheating are bogus anyway, but that doesn't mean ArcadeBoss won't look into it.
