I have a really good one...people are competetive when it comes to rewards so what about a different tournament where the reward is credits...
As an example:
As someone mentioned, the most games played in a day award...say 200 credits for most played |

May I suggest implementing a time limit between post something like 1-2 mins. That will save on CPU server load + people wont need to post every 3-7 seconds. Make it fair for everyone.

Instead or in addition to tournaments, I would like to see a winner for each game. Not neccessarily money bot tokens or trophies would be nice.
Maybe even an overall trophy for the genre, i.e. arcade, cards shooter. |

I thought of an idea, it's no big deal if this is added to the site or not but i just thought of it. Make a page kinda like the medals page, showing all of the games that a person has played so far and what their highest score is on that game so that a person can go to their profile and go to that page and pick out a score of their own that they want to try to beat. Also have the number where the score is ranked on the all-time list next to the score. It's no big deal if this is added or not, I just thought of it and wanted to throw this idea out there and see what people think.
I would also like to see a few more games added that you can win medals on. |

You can already view this type of information via anyone's profile page.  There's also a Longest Standing Highscore link on the main page. It's on the right hand side just under where you avatar is. In that general area anyway.

| no you cant, there is only a medals page and monthly and all-time 1st, 2nd and 3rd place page. not the same thing that i mentioned where you can view any score you ever got on any game. |

I sure agree with that part, Slayer.
I'd really like to easily see which (of the 2000+!) games I HAVEN'T yet played - and also a list showing not only the top score for month and top score all-time, but alongside those, MY top all-time score, so I can easily see if I've any realistic chance of toppling either of those other two! |

I can only echo "Awesome" - as I'm still reeling under the effects of that massive info overload!
Yeah, gimme a month or 2 to absorb and figure how to use it in practice, and I think it may be a huge boon.

Interesting, that was a good part of Slayer's original idea, but for me I have huge interest in my OWN such figures, but really none at all in anyone else's.
As long as I can see all Wickuzo's 1st Places, 2nd Places, etc - that's all I'd ever need.
So for me, 1 simple link somewhere to that new page, just always for MY figures, would be great (though it's well bookmarked here anyway now, and wild horses won't drag that bookmark away!).
AND I've saved the page as TXT file, then imported it into Excel, and added a few extra columns of my own already - but dunno how often I'll ever bother refreshing such a data cornucopia.
What do others think ? - private, or public ? |
