My job also plays a part in my user name, as I am a games tester (in my spare time I build Pc's, and play on AB). There are developers out there crying out for people, and you just need the following skills:
- Ability to play all games effectively in all difficulty settings through to completion
- Knowledgeable on a broad range of games styles and types
- Knowledge of mobile gaming advantageous, but not essential
- Ability to communicate clearly and work as part of a team.
- Strong written English skills (English speaking countries). |

is it like an online testing through the computer or a company you have to drive to everyday? |

I'm lucky, as I have built myself the ultimate gaming machine (Quad core, 9600 Gt graphics card, 4 MB memory and also watercooled which but I do not use it for the Internet, as I use another PC for that), so I can bring my work home. You just sit and play games or run programmes and list any bug so the software can rectify it before going on sale to the general public.
You will find tons of developers out there, needing people, so here's a link to show you an example:
