I'm done. Don't PM me with tournament problems, suspected cheaters, problems with spam in the forums, etc! After 3.5 years of being here I'm tired of doing the job. I'm burnt out. I'm sick of being the heavy hand here. I'm tired of being the ONLY moderator aside from Mr Jepps Se who does the job. I'm tired of members telling me off in the forums and telling me I don't care. Yes KTWORLD that was directed to YOU! I care plenty or I wouldn't have been here so long trying to keep things in the forums clean, organized and fair for everyone! If I didn't care I wouldn't have been trying to aid the support requests as well as I could!
Well, good luck to the members with the likes of spammers like amoneymaker and taz775 filling the forum with pointless garbage. Good luck with the likes of KTWORLD here filling the forum with disrespect, disregard and distaste for authority.
Enough ranting. I'm done.
Any and all ignorant, stupid or otherwise crass replies WILL be met with COMPLETE and ABSOLUTE HOSTILITY! |

Hey ICBM you do a great job here and everyone knows it (even the ones that dont like it).
I hope you dont give up but agree you DO take a lot of stick.
I think AB should get you some more regular mod helpers so its not just mostly left to you!

I'm done asking for the rest of the team to pick it up. They aren't interested. The only way the problem members and general membership will realize what I did here is if I go away and let the forum get filled with junk and let other problems just get worse. It's time for others to do the job they took or get out of the way for others who may be interested.
At least I can post 20 times a day in the Thread Games now and not have a finger pointed at me 'cause I'm a moderator.

Well even if you do/did post 20 times in 1 day and your a moderator - anyone that doesn't like it knows what they can do!
More help for ICBM please AB, Get Eagle_Kiwi on the mod team to help him out before we lose him!

Yeah, I was thinking it was time to look at staffing again.
I appreciate all the help from everyone, especially the hardworking staff, but I don't want anyone bearing a burden with the moderating. Do the parts you enjoy. Save some heads for others to crack. |

Hey buddy, you already have, the great help you do deliver is often overshadowed by how you bash players and spammers. you have bashed me countless of times just because i like playing the thread games but if you actually click on my posts i make many other posts as well and have had quite a few interesting forum conversations with a few people. Also if you look at the posts i give a lot of credit where credit deserves. When direct questions are looked at and addressed instead of answered with a backlash a lot more can be accomplished, just ask ArcadeBoss. I totally agree that some players only spam and play thread games but I am NOT one of them so quit lumping me in that category and maybe if you don't bash them, instead take away credits and nicely ask them not to do it again, it would create a much better result. |

I've seen ICBM a few times asking people for example not to double post (not in a nasty way - just asked) and they seem to just ignore him so is it any wonder he gets funny with them? I'ts just more work for him to do and with ICBM having to do most of the 'cleaning up' around here lately he probably doen't appreciate it.......

You're outstanding asset to the site nitestalker. You don't spend a lot of time in the forums and I always understood that. Your job is monitoring games, etc. Without you there'd be a lot of very different problems. I didn't mean to lump you in there.

| I'm gonna be honest this month i have added tournaments, came up with the rule of 5 tournament request per month, and removed credits when i felt it was needed. It is not my fault if no one messages me with there problems. I would like people to. I am on here everyday and I never have anything in my messages. How is that my fault?? To say i have not been doing anything is insulting and wrong. |

With all due respect Gamesmater + miss Priss (sorry ICBM) dont seem to do much moderaing. Miss Priss is around on the site but when was the last time we saw Gamesmaster?
Should they even be moderators? ..............

You're right HT. This MONTH. The previous how many months... Miss Priss decided that moderating isn't her thing and so I removed it a while back.

You're a great person and great addition to the site. Please don't take this wrong, but I'm not naming anymore names. I had a job to do and I did it. I'm now burned out and everyone knows why. Those who do a job here and do it well know who they are. Those who don't do anything know who they are as well.
