Im no mod, however i feel i need to say something. If dead weight is holding others down then why not cut that anchor. dont ban then from here just remove them from the modding rights, this will take the weight off others bring in new mods and everything will be back to normal.

I also hope ICBM doesn't give up either but I can understand why he is tired of all the complaints. ICBM just doesn't get any help from his fellow moderators other than Mr Jepps Se. For the record I don't think I've ever complained to ICBM at all. |

Well, this morning I got up to a wonderful message from Eagle_Kiwi complaining yet again about my signature. I've had that link in my signature for just over a year and he's the only one to complain about it. There no milk left in my cornflakes. It's all.... I PM'd him back explaining why it's there and he insults me for it! Apparently he doesn't understand the use of it. Fine. That was the last straw. I removed ALL permissions from my account.
I can NO LONGER MOVE TOPICS, DELETE TOPICS, EDIT COMMENTS/TOPICS, DO ANYTHING WITH THE SHOUTBOX OR THE CHATROOM.
In short don't bother me with this stuff. I'm not interested and I can't help you.

I have no objection whatsoever to your signature having a link to your game site.
What I strongly object to is blatant lying, with that link allegedly offering "My Best Replies Ever" or now "Vote For New Mods HERE!" |

Let it go already! Geez! You just can't leave well enough alone can you! I've had that link in my signature for just over a year and NO ONE, but YOU has complained about it! I had PM's from people asking how I hid the signature so they could do the same thing with MMORPG's they play! The only condition was that they wouldn't do it here and ruin the good thing I had going! Now that YOU'VE aired out what it is the bloody thing is almost useless to me!
I was undecided if I liked you or not. You've brought about change to the site, but now it's gone to your head! I've decided that you're a cranky old coot who gets pissy when he doesn't get his way!
This is a PRIME EXAMPLE of the stupid petty crap I'm tired of here. Lots of people want this guy to be a moderator. Remember fshk and the problems he caused in the chatroom? Do you REALLY want EK as a moderator here when he's doing this kind of crap?
Here's a PM he sent in reply to me:

Apparently he has problems following his OWN advice! He clearly isn't looking to ignore my posts as he stated. He'd rather bust my ass instead.
I'M NOT CHANGING OR REMOVING MY SIGNATURE! IF IT DOES DISAPPEAR IT'S BECAUSE SOMEONE ON THE STAFF REMOVED IT,BUT I'LL BE DAMNED IF I'M REMOVING IT.
Anyone who thinks I'll be back moderating on this site is WRONG. Don't expect it. Don't even HOPE I'll be back.
EDIT:
While I think of it how come you aren't crying about the same link in Miss Priss's signature? Her's reads "Classic Arcade Games". Don't lie to me that you haven't clicked it. I know you have. You really do have a personal problem with me don't ya?

Generally I've never found anything wrong with your signature, only the most recent "vote for new mods" which was a bit irritating since you shouldn't make the site or directly site-related things confusing.
But I think since Eagle's complaints have been going on for some time they are unfounded.
ICBM is only trying to enjoy himself.
So, please stop the catfight.

In response to the "vote" sig, I had used something similar about 4-5 months ago. Something along the lines of "click to apply to be a moderator". That one garnered me a great amount of hits and increased my gameplay 10 fold.
Thanks for your input Mr Jepps Se. It is well noted and appreciated.
