NiteStalker, Starman, etc probably could, but they're all semi-retired (hey, maybe I should add the name GaryOak in there too!?).
Perhaps we must await the "young guns", likes of KT and Aussie, maybe even SoulT and Bruno ?

There are several means by which neeraffa (or anyone dominating any one of the prize standings - boss, tournament, poster) could be quickly taken down if you desire it that badly. The problem is, none of them are legal, ethical, or even worthwhile to do. Examples include: a random moderator firing off an insta-ban at neeraffa for the heck of it, or the "young guns"* you refer to banding together and creating a shared account for the sole purpose of knocking neeraffa off the top of BOTM.
Best way to go about it is still the way I would think it was meant to be, someone will just have to find the time to get good enough at all of these games. Don't look to me to be that "chosen one" though.

Yep, sounds about right to me. I've always wondered when KT, Aussie, SoulT and Bruno will actually step up their game.

Sorry my gaming friends, but i don't have the time....us adults on this site have women we like to spend time with and a job that is important so that bills are paid.....sometimes i wish i was younger and all i had to do was go to school and do homework.....that is why some of us disappear at times....there is much more to life than the internet  |

That is a cute jingle. It's too bad that neeraffa must be laughing at it (especially given his HUGE lead) thinking it's an empty threat from a toothless tiger and given your latest avatar; that is a particularly apt metaphor.  |

I guess KT has taken over the struggle from Mel - but the 'struggle' is not to win, but hopefully just to make sure Neeraffa doesn't get TWICE the number of wins that 2nd place gets. (Once was enough!).
I feel at this stage I'm involved in a "phoney war"! I've been holding off so many games waiting for the "last day" that I can wait no longer - so I'm beginning to enter reasonable, but not GREAT, scores in them, assuming they'll be overtaken soon anyway, then I will have to repeat/surpass them again later in the week.
But who knows, maybe some "soso" score I get will be - for whatever reason - left alone by all you vultures . . . who knows ?
As usual I wonder if I can finish above 30 or not. I'm certainly getting a lot better at some games, while staying about even on a lot of others, yet my monthly BOTM Wins seem almost set in stone, around 28-32.
I hope that doesn't mean everyone ELSE is improving too - and at the same rate as me!?? 
Don't worry, I'll hang in there a few more months . . . .

There are only 44 (hiscore) games here I haven't got scores in (I wonder how many others have - check your 3rd column here: http://www.arcadeboss.com/myscores.php ). No, my problem is just that there's not many I'm good at. LOL
I've had a lousy time lately - played one game for 6 hours to get AllTime high, but it wouldn't submit as apparently my internet had died about an hour before the end. DOHHHH.
Then set out chasing another alltime - Treasure Caves 2 - estimated at 7.5 hours, but after 4.5 hours a mortifying finger slip lost it for me. And tried a Tournament game - Crystal Eater - where I was already alltime top, but then had to go to work, and while there TWO guys topped me so one got the title (Congrats Khelos - GRRR ).
Lotsa work for NO reward!
Anyway, back to the present - big movers over last 38 hours:
