here in the Pittsburgh area the put a ban on smoking within like 50 ft of any business, which basically means you cant even light up while walking down the sidewalk. they are also trying to pass a ban on smoking in any residence that has more than one tennant aka duplexes and apartment buildings

I don't smoke cigarettes and dont care to be around a smoker of cigs either im one for banning them completely. Here in Calif they have banned smoking on the beaches and in the city of Calabasas some apartment buildings they banned them as well. ma bey one day we will have a cigarette free world.

Well I smoke but even if I dident I'd still have the same opinion.. People should worry about stuff that is killing us all muccccccch faster like pollution from factories cars etc.. Second hand smoke is a tiny lil tad pole in the cess poll of crap that kills us every day. People whine about second hand smoke yet they drive their car most every day. Where is the rights to not be polluted by all the stuff non smokers do?

Clean up your own backyard before you look at someone elses!
