Hello fellow gamers!
As is the case sometimes, we get intermittent score submission errors. Often however this is due to the following:
- The user is using an out-dated browser. We recommend the latest version of Opera or Chrome, however use whatever works for you.
- The user is using an out-dated version of Flash. You can get the latest version Here.
- The user's computer is clogged up with unnecessary temporary files. Please delete your cookies/temp files and try again.
- The site could be experiencing some momentary lag which will usually disappear after a few minutes. Please try again later.
We are always working to improve server performance which would improve score submission success rate. In any case, as a rule of thumb, check to see how fast or responsive the site pages load before attempting to play a game and submit. If the site is running a little slow, wait maybe 30 minutes before playing for a score submit. In general if any site is running slower than usual, submitting any information may fail.

If you have tried all these options and still have a problem submitting a score, please post to this thread and we will aim to get the issue resolved as soon as possible.

Excellent thread Knight - +1 Rep when mine resets.
I have noticed problems with 'auto-submit' games a lot recently,including the following:
Ninjas vs Pirates TD
Supercar Road Racer
Magnet Towers
Rune Towers
There are more but these are the ones I remembered first.
Never had any problems with any of these before this month and also I have tried them all with 4 different browsers.

hving all sorts of problems wioth robo run....ive submitted 6 scores in the last hour or so...the first time, it just submitted to mochi and not here....the other 5, it goes to AB, thinks for a little while, and the just says, "you scored"...doesnt say tournament score updated, new all time score, new monthly score....nothing....i submitted fine the other day

Yes I played that game after you and I saw your 46,184 score on the in-game scoreboard. My latest score submitted fine.

There are more Mochi games too, these are the ones I remembered.
All of the Mochi games on my list just don't submit, either the submit button does not work any more or it should automatically submit but does not.
Most of the games I have submitted scores on up until two - three months ago.
There are four non Mochi games on that list ( bottom four )
They wont send scores.
Mario Ghosthouse will submit if I lose all my lives, but I have completed the game 3 times in the past two months, and the submit button at the end wont submit, but I have completed that game many times and had no issues up until two months back. |

| Planet Smash - I have played and tried too submit a score at least 4 times no luck once you die it does nothing just sits on the same screen. White Wolf's in game comment said the game will not load I did not have a problem with the game loading at all. |

I figured something out. If your score is submitting and it's on the Ab submission page and it's not submitting, then leave it for 1 minute go back then fourth then back then fourth (on the internet page) then refresh X3 times then exit to forum search up the game and check the all time.  I did that worked. |

its all good now....i played again a few more times....it submitted a crappy score and then it submitted again the next time when i played decent....finally...it only took about 25 tries to get it to submit

This is the first time it has done it on this game, Ninjas Vs Pirates Tower Defense 3.
Played three times and got this ...
On my forth try it finally submitted to AB and the tournament ...
It's a 20 minute game, hence my time of 1 hour 19 minutes.
Very glad it went through in the end. |

Had a couple more not submit for me today including Perpetual Blaze, the game took approx 25 minutes so I won't try it again for a few days.
EDIT= Also Infectonator-World Dominator,Flash Free Fall 1.5 and Mario & Friends TD no score submit.
Everyday there is some score submit problems for me....
EDIT #2= Dirgantara First Phase - they have all showed the mochi leaderboard but no score submitted here on Arcade Boss.
BIG problems here with submitting scores for me!
EDIT#3=Just switched from Opera to FF and Dirgantara First Phase submitted a score for me 1st try.
