Now that I made this post it hasn't happened yet today. But, from everyone's comments I'm not the only one getting it.

also, you cant block these type of advert as they use Java which gets around ad blocks.

the only way to get rid of it is to remove the code all together.

So buying credits for this to me would be a waist of time and credits lost.
this is a perfect example of why I dont use companies that cater to 3rd party tacktics.

on a side note, I didnt know that everytime you refeshed the page it uses up your credits.

It happened on the game Nudge right in the middle of my game too.

This is the page after you click on the box. Last night that link took you to this page now this morning is takes you to the game nudge.

EDITED by LalinGouki: I have reduce the text there are many characters, to avoid to see this very big.

@ Knight how do you grab the code ? The pop goes away as fast as it shows up. I missed it once the second time I quickly clicked on it to get that info.

Well that's a good point.

Easiest way to do this would be to right click the AB page when it happens, then choose "View source..." then basically copy and paste that whole page source code into a private message to me.

Please make sure to put [code] [/] brackets around it first.

As Lonny mentioned, there is an opt-out page on the Safecount site that allows you to set a cookie which will prevent the popup...

But, also one correction to what Lonny said about credits. Using the ad-free credits would NOT be a waste, as using the ad-free credits DOES remove the code altogether.

I've never had this ad appear but if I did I could possibly use adblock plus to get rid of it. I use it as a Firefox add on but I know it works with IE as well. Don't know what other browsers it's compatible with but it works for me. I also have my browser set to never accept third party cookies so pop ups are very few and far between.

I captured that source code in two different areas of the site and sent them via PM to Knight. Were you able to find the source of the pop-up ? I know it has happened since I sent the PM's. It happened twice in game, once on the main page and once on my profile page. I understand we can opt-out or buy the ad free. However I choose not to do that and try and help catch the source code or any other information the site needs to alleviate the problem.
