I play music, or listen to music and puff on some cherry cigar flavoured vapour.
I find blues harp a very relaxing pastime.
Oh and a hot bubble bath goes down a treat.
I also love listening to the rain and the birds. _________________

Nice list there Dr. Nürburg.
For me it's music first.

Relaxing on the couch watching TV or some DVD's with a cold beer |

I have an iron Russian kettle bell. I like these rather than western ones. You can put your foot through the handle. _________________

you referring to the Dragon Door kettle bell? if so then yes it's the same one i have i paid more for it then them cheap ones which are made cheap as well. i have the 10 pounder and will buy a matching one latter in the coming months.
With the cheap ones the paint chips off quickly, rubber bottoms which is bad if you live in humid climate areas and and have wood floors rubber sticks to them.
one of the nicest purchases I made this year.
after each workout i feel so relaxed and better muscle wise then my life long use of free weights. _________________ Don't Google it, Just Bing IT!

Similar, yeah this one's like mine. I don't find any paint coming off from it though. _________________
