Yes, Liam Neeson has done it again! Taken 2 has earned an estimated $50 million this weekend domestically! This makes it the 3rd biggest ever opening in October!
Despite being in its second weekend, Hotel Transylvania also earned an estimated $26.3 million! This is especially impressive given it had competition in the form of Frankenweenie!

This movie did terrible with the critics. 20 %. 28 good reviews compared to 110 bad reviews. You guys might want to save your money on this one. Taken is one of those movies that shouldn't have a sequel.
I'll just say it....it seems like a lot of Americans have bad taste when it comes to movies. I am an American but it seems like people are lowering their standards. The only crappy movies I care to watch are the cheesy campy horror films that may not be good but are fun to watch.
