| wat did you think about it? did you like it or not? do you think it was better than pirates? or better than the other batman movies? i think pirates was better. But the dark knight was better than the rest. wat do you think? |

Pirates? Never heard of it.
The Dark Knight was amazing! I don't think it's better than the original with Jack Nicholson though. The original was done in a different way and at a far different time. However, the last two are FAR better than the others that the original. The sequels were almost cartoonish in writing and acting. As long as Christian Bale keeps doing Batman then I think the franchise will live a good long life. The need to have an actor who is willing to take on long term contract for those movies. The movies lose their life and flavor when the actor changes so often.

| I agree. If you change the actor of your main character its almost like watching a completely different series. |

| Still talking about teh Dark Knight? Wow, theres plenty of nice movies that are coming out and your sticking with Batman? Well i loved that movie too but theres other ones to see. |

batman begins is the best batman movie ever made, with the dark knight a close second
the tim burton franchise blows but the adam west movie from the 60s is pretty solid |

The first one Tim Burton made was pretty good. After the first one though it really fell apart. I have never seen the one with Adam West though. I didn't know there was one made.

I've seen it and it was extremely campy. It also felt a bit like the last Spider-man movie given it had no less than four super-villains in it! Here is the IMDB link to the movie if you're interested in learning more about it:

| I like the one that Tim Burton made but the Dark Knight was far better. I love Heath Ledger's Joker. It is going to be hard to beat this movie. |
