I should think we would qualify for top 8, But I fear we wont do so well from then on in, As a cricket team the Black Cap's have gone down hill in the past year's.
The top/super 8 will be very interesting, There are three great team's in each pool.

In their only showdown, New Zealand comfortably won by 148 runs in the 2007 World Cup against Kenya, They should have met before in 2003 but NZ forfeited the match due to security concern's.
Quite funny the other match is India vs Bangkadesh, New Zealnd is coming off very bad losing streak's against both.
4-0 loss to Bangladesh and a 5-0 loss to India Shocked

Like I said earlier, New Zealand was a much better team 10 year's plus back, The Black Cap's have lost many fan's over the past 10 year's.
Cricket here is no-where as popular as it was back in the 90's.
If they dont get there game together they wont make the next round, There are to many stronger team's, And team's that could pull an upset on a Black's Cap's bad day, If NZ is to make it to Super 8, They will need to play out of there skin's, And much better than we've seen in past year's.
But World cup's in sport's can see the weak play an impressive game, While the best can cause either over confidence or strife.

India vs Bangkadesh should be a very interesting match, I'd back India, But both side's are very good, And bangkadesh have beaten India on several occasion's, And in the World cup before.
I think no other country take's cricket so seriously than India, Maybe to serious in my view.

India beating Bangkadesh - Less than 30 run's, Or within 5 over's.
