Really? Wow! This is the 3rd time already that I have seen China complain. Not to pick on them or anything but I just call it how I see it. Don't really have anything against them but they had the most medals or gold medals 4 years ago. I don't want the same country to have the most again unless if it's the United States. _________________ https://www.facebook.com/groups/moviesnshows/?ref=bookmarks |

Seems China 's not alone Korea and Indonisiea did the same.
Your world class players people want to see them perform at his and her s best.
BTW when did badminton become a Olympic sport? I don't remember seeing it in any past events, or may be I wasnt paying close enough attention. |
These four pairs of players have been accused of not having committed enough, in essence, that lost voluntarily!
This kind of strategic decisions are ALWAYS been taken in the history of the sport, and frankly I would not say that they are amoral!
If you want to avoid situations like this, or you enter the formula knockout (winner goes on, loser goes out) or are studying a way to make the unpredictable subsequent matings |

Team USA broke all sorts of records today in basketball winning 156-73. The previous record was 138 by Brazil i believe.
Finally USA is winning the medal count 37 to 34 over China with Japan in third with 19. Also tied for gold with 18 USA is looking strong. |

I havent seen the basket ball match yet or any of the recaps on it, thanks for the update T.Pimp, may be I'll catch it latter on today. _________________ Don't Google it, Just Bing IT!

Amazing achievement by Phelps!
It looks like USA is on a roll at the moment.
It's good to see host nation GB has leapt into fifth place. Great effort by cyclist Bradley Wiggins, winning Olympic gold just eleven days after winning the Tour de France! |

Speaking of GB how about Murray in the Men's Singles Final for tennis. He defeated Djokovic in the semi final and is facing R.Federer tommorow for the guaranteed medal that is sure to be a good match. Great Britain is currently in 3rd with 29 medals. |

For Italy, a Monday with three medals seemed to bring smiles to the blue house, then the news that clouds everything: Alex Schwarzer, writing in the march of 50km on Saturday morning, expelled for doping.
The Coni excludes before his arrival in London.
The World Anti-Doping Agency has tested positive for EPO, July 30 last year but the news came yesterday.
The athlete admits, and says: "I wanted to be stronger for these Olympics, I was wrong. I did everything myself and my own thing and so I take full responsibility for what happened."
the coach is furious with Schwazer!

I am REALLY mad right now. I love watching basketball and they have NOT shown even ONE USA game yet. I have all three channels that the Olympics are on and I check ALL of them on the TV guide and can't find a SINGLE GAME! Twice the TV guide showed that basketball was going to be on but it NEVER WAS. I have missed several games now and it looks like there's only about 2 games left. Do they only show the gold medal game or what? Basketball is a popular sport so it puzzles me that they wouldn't show any of the games!
Instead they are showing stuff like handball, badmitten, table tennis and wrestling.

Usain Bolt is a freak of nature. Love watching him run.
@Destroyer-- You need to move to Canada. TSN has shown every USA basketball game. How ironic is that if the Canadian networks are showing all the US Basketball games and the US networks only show the medal games.
Maybe they realize that no one is going to touch them so there isn't much drama in any of the games they play.
Congrats to the US soccer team (Hope Solo is so HOT!) and congrats to the Canadian girls winning bronze |
