 The Lilypad Floating Ecopolis for Climate Refugees is a giant floating city that people can live on when the world floods.
The concept of these floating islands was put forward by Vincent Callebaut.

Well yes, and agreeably, I expect we will apropriately tackle the climate change crisis and probably be able to do away with many 'backup' plans.
