This one is for you, ICBM. I'm sure ICBM of all people here can fully appreciate just how annoying it is to see messages in ALL CAPS!
A woman got fired for writing e-mails in all caps BUT she sued and she received compensation for lost wages and harm caused during her dismissal. The funny thing is that it happened in New Zealand so I almost expected someone here to post it up first!

lol what a dip. on top of that she was a Financial Controller and was told by her colleges and probably management an HR because employees will tell on you. NOT TO POST IN ALL CAPS. She should of know better having that position. I say she deserved to be fired for her her stupidity. For her plans for a appeal for further compensation she shouldn't and I hope wont get it cause shell ask for a heck of a lot more. What you receive when your fired + unemployment if she was their long enough is all she should get.
