These lists are from Amusement Journal.

It looks like there is a NEW game from Bandai Namco Games in the most popular conventional game cabinet list and it kicked the latest version of Virtua Fighter 5:Final Showdown off of the list!

1. Mobile Suit Gundam Extreme VS.
Bandai Namco Games

2. Tekken 6:Bloodline Rebellion
Bandai Namco Games

3. NESiCAxLive
Taito

4. Super Street Fighter IV Arcade Edition
Capcom

5. Dragon Ball ZENKAI Battle Royale
Bandai Namco Games

In contrast, the only change in the large/dedicated cabinets was Border Break Air Burst rising to the top spot and dropping Mahjong Fight Club Ultimate Version to second place!

Most popular games in large/dedicated cabinets:

1. Border Break Air Burst
Sega

2. Mahjong Fight Club Ultimate Version
Konami

3. Mobile Suit Gundam:Bonds of the Battlefield (Rev.3)
Bandai Namco Games

4. Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Arcade
Sega

5. Sangokushi Taisen
Sega

What do you think of Bandai Namco's newest title in the conventional cabinet list? What do you think of the titles as they are now on either list?

They are two of my favorites also. I also really like all of the Dragon Ball games. I would guess almost all the Dragon Ball games do well in Japan.

There were only 4 official arcade SF2 games. Street Fighter 2, Street Fighter 2 Turbo, Super Street Fighter II and Super Street Fighter II Turbo.

When I used to go to the arcade when Street Fighter II first came out, there would be tournaments with lines of people waiting to play. All the best players were usually asian and most of them knew some sort of garbage tactic they used to win lol. Street Fighter II the arcade has got to be one of my top 3 favorite arcades of all time so is Tekken, ahh the memories with your quarters lined up and every thing. I'm gonna get the original Street Fighter II arcade one of these days for my man cave.

The good old days baby!

That picture shows ソドムSodom fighting 豪鬼Gouki/Akuma. That suggests it isn't Street Fighter II but one of the Street Fighter Alpha or ストリートファイターStreet Fighter ZERO games.

The most mysterious one would probably be NESiCAxLive since that is actually a server software distribution system.

It was created by Taito to distribute arcade software such as Spica Adventure, Aquapazza Aquaplus Dream Match, The King of Fighters '98 Ultimate Match Final Edition, The King of Fighters 2002:Unlimited Match, Dragon Dance, Blazblue Continuum Shift II and Space Invaders!

Yes, it is precisely because it has such a huge list of famous games that made it popular enough to land on #3 on the list. It's not just Taito software either as the only games I know that were made by Taito are Spica Adventure and Space Invaders.

Yes, I think it is in reference to Street Fighter.
I remember having a conversation with LalinGouki awhile back, and him saying his favorite Street Fighter character is Gouki.

Maybe I'm wrong Rolling Eyes

I think you're right! I seem to recall a flashing character in one of his old signatures that matched what 豪鬼Gouki/Akuma had on his back after doing his Raging Demon attack! Shocked
