Anthony Burgess- hands down. Not just because of 'A clockwork Orange' (which he dismissed as one of his lesser works)- it is an odd read though. He's a genius for creating Nadsat. 'One Hand Clapping' is a great read- 1960's London- who doesn't love that? Also his Malayan Trilogy is quite interesting... |

Charles Dickens was a good author. I enjoyed great expectations and Christmas Carol. |
