The Hangover was good. Finally a comedy I really liked. You're right about Sandler though. Billy Madison, Happy Gilmore, Mr Deeds...those were good, but his new stuff stinks. Don't know who Kevin Smith is though. I looked him up on IMDB and none of his movies were familiar to me.

you are seriously missing out man, he is a writer/director and plays a very dististive character in the movies....the first one you need to check out is chasing amy or dogma and go from there.....if you really want start with Clerks because there are running jokes movie to movie that are not fully appreciated unless you see them all (Clerks, Mallrats, Chasing Amy, Dogma, Jay and Silent Bob Strikes Back, Clerks 2)

Airplane! and Hot Shots! are the 2 funniest movies of all-time if you ask me. However, there are a lot of other comedies that rank up there with those two.

The Naked Gun movies were good too! Hot Shots and Airplane are 2 movies that I never would have thought of! Those were great!

Thanks for reminding me of the Naked Gun movies, I love those! I'm a sucker for screwball comedies and Leslie Nielson is hilarious! Did you see him in Scary Movie 4 as the president in the classroom getting the news of a huge alien attack?

He was like uh huh, ok. lol

At the moment, I'd say Zombieland wins the gold medal. I haven't seen a funnier one since. Cop Out was also pretty funny.

of course its predictable the first one came out in 1979-80. Now when Rob Zombie's remakes some of these horror flicks. Well thats a different story right their. New cast new scenes you don't know when it's time to jump being scared. Cool

Idiocracy. You can thank "Monday Night Rehabilitation" - the ultimate and most funny sporting event I've ever seen in a movie.
