| i have to be up at 5:30 am 6 days a week i try to go bed early most nights but to be honest it feels like i'm being boring and stay up and have drink or 2 but it makes it worse to get up but u cant be boring all ya live but its easter woo hoo got monday and tuesday thank god x |

| As for me, I am a 'variable' person, so the amount of sleep I get depends mostly on what I am doing, and when I stop my activity phase of the daily cycle. |

| my sleep varies, sometimes i'll sleep for 1-8 hours a night, but every so often, i'll have fits of insomnia and will hardly sleep at all for 2-3 days or longer-i can get by with 2-3 hours of sleep a night-while i was in college, i got just 2-4 hours of sleep for over a year and a half |
