you do realize that the new crapbooks has a non-removable battery, on top of that if you drop one it will become a nice paper weight. i would recommend a panasonic toughbook if your going to pay that much for a laptop. then again if you just want to blog on it at the local star bucks then you'll be just fine.

i know... its so annoying how the touch pad is also the button, anyway the prices never use to be that much...

| I'd have to say Macs for any multimedia users such as video or music editing hands down. However, because the Macs can run windows xp flawlessly through software emulation there is very little reason to get a windows computer. If you like to play hardcore games however, I would stick with windows for now until the mac catches on in the gaming department. |

the main thing that separates the two is what you are going to be doing with your pc
photo or video editing-apparently macs are better for this
most everything else-windows |
