RPG's are the perfect weapon here. They'll take out large vehicles, groups of people or cause severe damage to a single person. Doesn'r matter which type I use. They are all short range weapons. Claymore mines would be better suited in the forest. My ultimate goal is to make people think twice before coming onto my property. You can't do that with something hidden away.

Wow. My own Island in Nicaragua!
If there are shops nearby and if I became rich enough I'd buy an island any day!
But what I'd do is rent it out as holiday homes and give some of the turnover to charity.
But will need a couple of boats in case the other gets damaged.

They don't officially sell those anywhere! This is why the mansion is so unique! This is just one reason Bill Gates' mansion is worth as much as it is worth! |

RPGs were originally designed specifically FOR tanks. This is why even though they CAN take out groups of people; they aren't often used that way even by the Taliban. I would never call RPGs perfect because no matter which model you use; they have to be operated by human beings! That introduces human error into the equation.
The message mentions that RPGs are short range weapons; this is an error. Even the old RPG-7 has better range than a typical assault rifle like the AK-47. This is why you can often see an optical sight attached to the top of the RPG-7. Common sense simply dictates that you would WANT an explosive (or even incendiary) weapon triggered as far from you as possible!
Why are the majority of casualties in Afghanistan and Iraq from IEDs/roadside bombs? Because they work MUCH better than RPGs; they eliminate the need for a steady hand; good aim, a hidden location to fire from, etc.
RPGs will always need people to fire them; anti-personnel mines like the M18 don't need people so I can save on staff costs. Besides; the whole reason why I build such high security is to eliminate people from coming ONTO my property. If there are people armed with RPGs on my property; that could easily become a security issue. |

I would honestly think an island in California would be better than an island in Nicaragua. Here is an 18 acre piece of land (San Joaquin Island) in California for only US $220,000 (it's even cheaper than that island in Nicaragua):

| The house I want would be a 3 or 4 bedroom, 2 and a half bath with a basement, so I could turn it into a movie and game room. I would like a fenced in back with a pool. |
