PP is basically a online payment center that allow people to send and receive money to one another online. Some online stores accepts PP as purchases to buy their products. Just visit https://www.paypal.com/ for more info.

Stscaey just follow the tournaments link at the top of the page. Also you can follow the tournament leaders through that page as well.
