easy Fat: 10 percent of 1500 calorie per day = 150 calories.
Complex Carbohydrates: 15 percent of 1500 calories per day = 225 calories.
Proteins: 75 percent of 1500 calories per day = 1125 calories.
Exercise the muscles you want to develop, you can find right exercise on line, recommend use of light weights.
so to answer your question, all depends on the intensity of your head banging, if you are banging up a storm and maintaining a fast heart rate you may burn 200-500 calories in an hour. So if you can burn 500 calories in an hour (which will require vigorous banging and a headache) it would take you 7 hours to burn off a pound of fat (metabolically speaking).

I never knew about this fact are you sure it is a fact or a figment of someones wild imagination but i guess it could be true cours now i dont know to much i havent been around to long only about 40 yrs .anyway just hope everyone is having a great and blessed day today  |
