blah, did you ever see the strongmen competitions? most men with true strength aren't ripped due to the way you workout to get strong or ripped. for the most part to get actual strength you want to do low reps with heavy weights and to get ripped you want high reps with lower weights _________________ Until you can be Boss of the month 13 times str8 : SIT DOWN AND SHUT UP!!!

Hey folks I just ran across this and just wanted to say the real strongest man was Paul Anderson from ga.He was actually like my 5th cousin but whos counting.
LOL.Anyways he was a fat man and that was before steroids,look him up sometime,he drank like 2 gallons of milk during his workouts and in the 80's he was the guy that actually created most of the games for all of the worlds strongest man contests.
working out a hell lot. like lifting 10 elephants every 5 minutes or something... lol _________________ Hopefully I can spend more time on this great site!
