Couple of things...
1) She looks like she's not actually playing it
2) Is she holding a mike to the harmonica or 3)is there things as electronic harmonica..?

Answers:

1. That's a phenomena called video-stream-delay, she's actually a professional harp player and is quite well known now.
2. She is using a professional harp mike that has a thumb hold and other config.
3. Might be, but I doubt it.

Most of the stuff she adds a bit of reverb or something, but she has uploaded acoustic stuff also.
