|
|
My prediction for the Super Bowl is the Saints over the Colts 31-27. It would be amazing if they were both undefeated going into the Super Bowl, and judging by the Saints play and their schedule, its a possibility.
Potential threats to this matchup are the Vikings in the NFC and the Pats, Chargers and Bengals in the AFC. I really like Cincinnati this year, they could've folded after losing their best defensive player (Antwan Odom), but they haven't missed a beat.
I would also love to see the Titans make the playoffs. After their terrible start, Vince Young has this team on fire.
The Pretenders? The Cowboys aren't nearly as good as their record, and neither are the Packers. I think that Atlanta will have a tough time even making the playoffs, and the Giants and Steelers are in huge trouble. The Ravens have a good team, but lose too many close games to be considered.
What do you think??? |

i think the colts will definitely be there...they are too good in big games. Not too sure about the saints though, great team, but historically choke..i think the vikes could get it done in the playoffs to make it to the superbowl against the colts |

The big question regarding the Vikings is whether or not Favre can play well in the playoffs after the toll of an entire season as been inflicted on his body. He's holding up a lot better this season, because Minnesota's offensive line has protected him so well, but he did seem to falter in his last game.
This week's performance will be very telling, because if he doesn't bounce back, things could be very bad for the Vikes in the playoffs. If he looks good, I put them in second in the NFC behind the Saints. |

I know alot of people like the Colts & Saints, but I think it will be the Vikings & Bengals. Just because of the storylines for both teams - Brett Favre & Chris Henry. |

Chris Henry is dead. How could you post that he'd be a part of getting the Bengals there? _________________ -2nd Person to Join

Yeah that doesn't make much sense, this person must mean that the Bengals will be motivated by Chris' death but if they didn't mean that then, wow they are stupid. My guess would be that they mean't the Bengals will be inspired to win more games now. |

I'm with much of you...i would love to see the Saints vs Colts but it isn't going to happen...one of the teams will be upset, the two teams with the best regular season results never meet in the super bowl |
