I really enjoy pizza—almost as much as my mother-in-law. Wow—now she really enjoys pizza. I will tell you that she makes a pretty good one too—I’ll have to share one of hers sometime. But, tonight you get one of my favorites. This is a quickie pizza considering it’s to late to go all scratch. Just know that when you’re craving a good pie finding quick ingredients is pretty easy. Here we go.
This is what you’ll need for this pie:
A good crust—if you don’t have time to make one there are all sorts of options; boboli, pillsbury, or maybe even a good focaccia from the store bakery.
Some jarred roasted red peppers
Prosciutto
A small red onion
Garlic and herb goat cheese
Mozzarella
Parmesan
Your favorite marinara
Some diced tomatoes
I guess I’m kinda feeling like the rest is self explanatory. Grab the crust and cover with your favorite marinara—oh, and don’t forget some diced tomatoes. Break out the goat cheese and crumble about half a small log onto the pizza. Then cut the roasted peppers into strips and spread around the pie. At this point you can finish the toppings with red onion and prosciutto—the top with your cheeses. What a fabulous combination of flavors.
Well—all that’s left if to toss it in the oven and then enjoy. This is such a great, quick treat. I hope you’ll give this a try. Lastly—pull out of the oven once it’s nice and crisp. The only thing left—cut it, grab a cold Sierra Nevada Pale and enjoy. This happened to be the beer I chose—cheers |

| Hey Apollo! My mom makes really good homemade pizza to! Its the same general idea but its BBQ chicken pizza, its sooo good! |
