Well, the studio weekend estimates and it looks like Iron Man has done it again! The superhero sequel looks to make over $130 million in its opening weekend at the box office! 
As for how that figure looks compared to the all-time biggest box office openings in history; Iron Man 2 ranks fifth unadjusted. The most optimistic of Iron Man 2 fans predicted that it could have reached $150 million but frankly $130 million is very good too!  The first Iron Man by comparison only made $98.6 million in its opening weekend at the box office so the superhero sequel has definitely improved its take by quite a bit!

its possible it will get that high...there is a lot of hype for this movie...as long as people arent leaving the theatre and say it stinks like elm street, it will continue to make a ton of money.
I wonder if it will be able to hang on to the #1 spot when robin hood comes out...a lot of people are looking forward to this movie |

This movie is good maybe do one or two more, excellent special effects, although I agree with what says bedem15, Robin Hood could be very good, and i´m wait to see it, while enjoying to Iron Man 2  |

Oh, I'm quite certain audiences will find it much more satisfying than that horror remake as Iron Man 2 has scored 74% on the Tomatometer rating on Rotten Tomatoes. That 74% approval rating is only surpassed by How to Train your Dragon among the top 10 grossing movies currently at the box office.  |

| Yes same here i would love to hear a review from someone who has seen it, has seen the first and that was pretty good, seen the shorts on t.v for the 2nd and it does look very impressive it comes out at the movies here on thirsday i think so will check back about reviews.the last movie i saw was avatar,AMAZING awesome that was |
