Well, you have to agree with me that it is unfair for people who live in that area who lost family members duing 9/11.. its pretty much a spit in the face if you ask me...
Shouldnt we be able to vote if we want it there? because i'm sure a lot of people are not happy with this who live by ground zero. |

Do you know how many Muslim people died in the attacks? They sure as Hell weren't all white/black people. That's for damn sure!

How Many Muslims Died In The 9/11 Attacks? I dont see it as any one form of person. More along the line of 3000 or so people of all backgrounds including the 20 cowards that took over the planes would be a better answer.

Shahin of the Tucson Islamic Center said more than 1,200 Muslims died in the World Trade Center.
If thats true then I can understand why 70% or so can be against the build and were the peoples vote on this.

I was making a point to Starman's "it's a spit in the face". Want to blame Muslims as a whole? He, and anyone else who blames Muslims for that matter, needs to consider how many Muslims constituted that 3000+ number.

I know, I am not blaming muslims as a whole, because only a couple people caused 9/11.
I'm just saying, to have it built right by where all the people who died during 9/11... Couldnt it have been built anywhere else?
I don't mind it being in new york, but that is just a bad choice, and i know it will cause problems in the future. |
