I love the Vector TD games on this site. Otherwise, i love playing Mario GhostHouse + Classic Mario Bros.

It's hard to say which would be my one favourite, i like many of the skill game's but MK5 is one of my favourite's, my eye's nearly poped out of there head this morning when i signed in AB added the second MK5 Game MK5 Workbot 
Will have to give that game a good go next month.
Awesome stuff 
ArcadeBoss has added some top shelf top notch game's lately,
