asteroids deluxe not working properly

the ship on the asteroids deluxe game gets stuck in thrust mode or turning. It doesn't happen on asteroids classic or any other time I use those particular keys on my keyboard. Also I went to other sites that have the game embedded and it happens there too. Is this just haqppening to me or is there a bug in the game?

I tried playing it and nothing seems wrong to me. I didn't keep thrusting or turning. I really don't know what it could be.

Thank you Carnage666 that's what I needed to know. Very wierd because I've gotten a new computer since it started doing that. My old computer wouldn't recognize the keyboard or any keyboard anymore. Hmmm. Thanks again for your help.

It may be due to combination of clicking 2 arrow keys and space at the same time. I've had problems with that game because my keyboard could not do it at the same time, although nothing got "stuck", as I recall only turning would not work.

Funny you post this dwizkerz, I've had the same trouble on other game's.
Game's where you use the arrow key's and one direction get's stuck, Sometime's without even touching it.
Has happened on several game's over the past few week's, And I know it's not my keyboard + computer as I've just got a new computer and it does the same on both my computer's.
The only thing that came to mind was a problem with the flash player.
It happen's with no other key's bar the arrow key's.
It will start and stop but themselve's, It's not sticky key's.

Has anyone else had issue's with arrow key's during game's in the past few week's, Or does anyone have any
I have the latest Flash player, Seem's very weird to me and get's mighty fustrating.

Well, I don't have to hit two keys at all for this to happen. Thanks for helping me with this miaden. Like White Wolf it's only the arrow keys. The spacebar shoots and it doesn't seem to get stuck. The odd thing is, it only haqppens with asteroids deluxe, no other game, not even asteroids classic. I think I'll try reloading flash player. Thanks White Wolf. Happy gaming all.

Often your first man will be killed by a shot from a ufo from the game that you just played as the ufo is still firing on the screen often right toward the center after you die. You have to time when you start the game to avoid getting hit. Ideally all the ufo bullets would go away and a clean playing field at the start of each game.

The next one, not quite a bug, but something I find very annoying is the "Click to start" at the titles, you have to click on the letters themselves -not in between the letters or like in the center of the 'o' but right on the letters. Put a freaking hit state on that button for the love of God!

Another bug in the game, this happened to me just once - this was at sillybull.com where I first played this game, I was just about to break 50,000 and get silver status. My shot hit an asteroid but only after I died. Somehow getting the extra life at 50,000, I got to keep on playing, but the title screen came up and I was playing the game over the title screen for about 5000 points before I died again and was able to click submit to claim the monthly high there.
