How much sleep do you get?

well i go to sleep about 11:30 every day and im up at 8...some times earlyer..and i spend most of my time on AB....love this site Cool

I've been sleeping less lately. I was waking up early for world cup games, and now I can't get my schedule back to normal.

I can't seem to sleep anymore, it takes so long for me to get tired. I can wake up at 12:00 a.m. after about 5 to 7 hours of sleep and it can take until 5 or 6 in the morning for me to be tired enough to fall asleep. I usually need at least 4 hours of sleep to be energized for the day but I know the healthy way is to get 8 hours of sleep.

The amount of sleep that I get varies but unless I am exhausted I usually get between 2 and 5 hours sleep at a time. Once a week or so my body will just shut it all down and give me 8 straight but sometimes I don't even get that for 10 11 days in a row.

since the last time i posted in here i finally started sleeping a little more normal...i quit my overnight job, so that right there gives me a chance to sleep...im still as good as new as long as i get 4 hours...i think ive trained my mind and body to treat 4 hours of sleep like an entire night

lately I've been going to sleep around 1 or 2 AM because I always choose to start my homework at midnight.. then school starts at 7:20, so I've only been getting 4 - 6 hours of sleep this year.

I've really gotta stop going to sleep so late Razz

I am basically falling asleep in my first class because of it.
