Working out with my kettle bells from dragon door- bike riding and jogging. im down to 187lbs from a muscular 206lbs.
my goal is my youth weight of 177-180.
weight i been carrying me may look good on me , as for my knees well thats a whole different story.
besides i dont want the buff muscle look anymore, im getting older i dont need it.
i rather have lees of it since its easier to maintain.

Hanging with the family. Teaching the youngest ones a new thing for them to show off ^.^
Clearly, computer/video games
Besides that, it changes regularly. Sometimes I'll take up running for a few months, change to doodling (Sleep_Hurts is my Facebook with some doodles), writing poems/lyrics/freestyles, weight lifting...
I get bored easily so my hobbies change up quite often! |

Hmm I usually like playing soccer or Basketball. I also have some interests in playing video games. I also have a lot of hobbies like custom building my computer and other electronical stuff.
