I'm not 100% sure... But after looking at a few of the user's profiles I'm seeing
White Wolf with 57k plays
and
neeraffa with 56k plays

There are Honor Medal lists on both the home page and forum page, home page has top 5, and forum page goes to top 15.
If you want to see how many you have, click on your public profile, under Honor Medals click View Medals. |
