Jack Kerouac's 90th birthday is also today. You'd think one of them would have gotten a Google logo, but I think Google is just getting lazier.

Yet today, Google is choosing to celebrate Akira Yoshizawa's 101st birthday. It would have been much cooler if they had done it last year on his 100th birthday. 101 doesn't seem like as much of a landmark.
I feel that both Jack Kerouac and the Girl Scouts of America deserve a doodle at least as much as Akira Yoshizawa.
