Hey guys, my parents bought me a program, Virual DJ, which allows me to mix music. I just started 2 days ago, and finished my first remix yesterday.

M83 - Midnight City (Kempseys Remix)

Make sure to also comment and subscribe to my channel if you can, I need all the support I can get!

Also, If anyone can think of a DJ/Mixer name for me, that would be sweet! My name in real life is eddie kempsey, if you can make anything out of that.

why not make it simple use a name like
Just ED.
Simply Ed sounds some what girly to me that name did cross my mind.

Adding/using Dj. in a name to me looks childish.

You dont hear Dj. Tiesto its just Tiesto, or Dj. Suzy Solar it just Suzy Solar.

No one looks more like a tool then a 40 year old + Dj. using Dj. in fron of his or her name. Just my 2cents..

I thought 'Kempsey' was the name of a DJ and that you had remixed from. If it's your name then use it.

Thankss so much guys.. I might just stick with the name Kempsey or Kempseys for this.. Kempseys Mix sounds pretty good i guess.

Although, I do like some of the names MOP came up with for me.

Yeah, Kempsey and then Kempsey's when in context.

That name to me rings bells with Hefner, Prodigy, Tiësto & Judge Jules.

Not all are exactly DJ's - but certainly people who remix.

I use to use it when it was free back in the lat 90's. They made big improvements since it's early days.
It does have a trial and a option to buy. Not cheap thou.

Software like that are perfect for those that lack the turntable / cd deck skills but have a understanding of pc know how. When you feel ready you have the option to add decks latter to the pc.

Id give it some time to use since you are learning to use one, it is a good book mark to have. GL man.
